AJ Racing was the brainchild of Jonathan and partner Alison, Jon was medically discharged from the Army in 1999, Jon like many struggled with the adaptation from military to civilian with the start of my racing career being seen as `great progressive recovery` that was to be shared, with inspiration in offering the same help in real time to veterans that was not freely available at that time within any other method. 

Being part of a camaraderie with like-minded people within AJ Racing can help people move forward and achieve their own goals in life whatever they aspire to be.

AJ Racing started its life in the Time Attack Championship at Brands Hatch in 2012 where which led to securing a podium position that carried on for the remainder of that season bringing four podiums to the first year of that championship.

From 2012 Jon and Alison have made AJ Racing to what it stands for now, Alison has always been the support Jon has needed along with the team to strive forward and deliver.

Jon stepped back from competitive driving duties after 2015 due to devoting his attention in vehicle development.

2023 saw the team pushing forward with 3 new drivers, a major, a major strip down and rebuild on the car and a full new championship to the team which gave the team a very busy season.

2024 see’s the team progress further in this positive direction to a more arduous endurance championship presenting the drivers and car with a challenging `Be the Best` outcome.

This year whilst conscious of sustainability and producing a carbon footprint we have brought together supporting veterans we are signposting our stakeholders to CARMA.
